It's National School Counseling Week! Pine Tree ISD says "Thank You" to our district counselors for helping our students dream BIG! #nationalschoolcounselingweek2023

The Pine Tree High School Color Guards competed in their first district show this past weekend at Arlington Lamar High School. Both the Junior Varsity and Varsity teams were successful with Junior Varsity placing 3rd and Varsity placing 4th. The Junior Varsity team competed against Arlington Sam Houston High School, Burleson Centennial High School Junior Varsity, Frisco Lone Star High School Junior Varsity, Italy High School, Mansfield Summit High School Junior Varsity, Palestine High School Junior Varsity, Plano West High School Junior Varsity, Rains High School, Richardson High School Junior Varsity,The Colony High School Junior Varsity and Vernon High School Junior Varsity. The Varsity team completed against Allen High School, Azle High School, Denton Braswell High School, Frisco Lone Star High School, Frisco Wakeland High School, Hayes High School, Lovejoy High School and The Colony High School. The Varsity team will compete in the National Qualifying Texas Regional competition on February 18th at Mansfield Lake Ridge High School.

On Friday, February 3rd, members of the PTHS Choir, under the direction of Danielle Warren, competed at the UIL Solo and Ensemble Competition at Mt. Pleasant High School. Pine Tree High School Choir continues to walk away with PT Pride.
