Viewing videos directly (streaming) from United Streaming is blocked from 8:30-3:00 daily due to bandwidth issues. In order to view the videos during school hours, videos must be downloaded at least a day ahead. To download videos for next day availability follow the directions below.

1. Open your Internet Browser (Internet Explorer)

2. Go to United Streaming

3. In the "Subscriber login" section on the left, enter the username and password that you created when setting up your account. If you have not set up an account or have problems with your account please see your campus Librarian or turn in a Tech Request and we will be happy to help.

4. Once you have logged in make sure you are on the Streaming Page. (See Picture Below) If not click on Streaming at the top of the page.

5. Search for desired video.

6. Select desired video.

7. Click the clock icon on the bottom right of the video selection to add to que for overnight download.

8. Put a check in the box to the right of the selection/ use the drop down menu on the bottom right to select “My Content” and click “Add”. This will place the video in your content area making it easier to find for future use.

9. The video will be ready to use the following day. When it is available for use, you will see a green check on the clock icon and the video will be ready to run.
