Build a new Athletic Sports Complex to include a game-day field house, seating for about 6,400, a press box, track and field surfaces and concessions.

Build a new field house and add parking to be located across from the Junior High School campus.

Improve the existing track located near the high school campus, off W. Fairmont Street.

Replace the turf and demolish the home side bleachers at the stadium on Pine Tree Road.
