We know that the students of Birch Elementary School LOVE reading. Now is the time to show us the many places outside of school that our students can be found reading a good book! Students are invited to grab an interesting book and find a cool location while their parents snap a picture of their reading in action. The photograph must show students actually reading the book and the book cover must be visible. All entries will be on display at the Birch Elementary Fall Book Fair (Nov. 13th-16th).
WHO: Any Birch Elementary School student (One entry per student)
WHEN: From NOW until Friday, October 13th
WHERE: Anywhere you choose (outside of school), but please be SAFE!
RULES: Participating students must email a photo to vreneau@ptisd.org by October 13th. (Photos will not be accepted via Facebook.) Do not Photoshop your photograph and please include the student’s full name, teacher’s name, and location of the reading spot in the email submission. The photograph must be taken outside of Birch Elementary and not during school hours.
