New Student Enrollment

The 2026-2027 Enrollment Application will open for all incoming students in July 2026.

Enrolling a Brand New Student?

If your student is brand new to our school district, or has not been enrolled during the current school year- Request a new account to complete the application.

Adding a New Student to Your Existing Family Account?

If you already have children currently enrolled in our school district but need to enroll a brand-new student—for example, a kindergartener who’s never attended our schools—Log in with the Primary Guardian's Family Access account.

All new students must attend New Student Registration, but those who complete the Enrollment Application and attach all required documentation prior to Registration will be fast tracked through the in-person process.

New student registration will be held on Individual Campuses on:

August 4, 2026 – 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

August 5, 2026 – 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

 August 6, 2026 – 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
If you are unable to upload these required documents to the application, please be prepared to provide copies to the campus to complete registration.

  • Birth Certificate

  • Social Security Card

  • Shot Records

  • Parent/Guardian ID

  • Acceptable Residency Verification Documents (must be in parent/guardian name):

    • Current Gregg County Tax Statement     

    • Current Utility Bill (water, gas, electric)     

    • Current Lease Agreement with parent and student(s) names

    • Current Purchase Agreement/Contract

    • Approved Transfer

    • Approved Shared Residence (Parent Letter)

      ***DELINQUENT OR FINAL UTILITY BILLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
