The students in Pine Tree Pre-K through 6th grade all use a campus-wide system called CHAMPs, which is a framework created by Randy Sprick, but designed by the campus faculty in conjunction with consultant, Kathy Hoes.

The acronym CHAMPs reflects the behavioral expectations of the schools and the teachers for the academic environment.
